Quality Control

Strict selections of qualified suppliers/ vendors in accordance with Lerado and customers’ requirements in conformity with government and international standards.

Strict inspection and test method to guarantee the raw material and outsourced items are of high quality standards.

Annual factory audit review is implemented to qualified suppliers to ensure consistent quality control monitoring

2. Comprehensive IQC System, non-conforming raw material inspection and strict acceptance criteria

Set up a series of inspection criteria and quality control documents for various products and use this as inspection principle by each department.Allocate technical inspectors for special test and specific improvement action for non-conforming materials.Arrange full inspection for finished-product.

3. Strict QC procedure to ensure quality by 100% inspection and IPQC

Implement TQM (Total Quality Management) for production based on non-acceptance principle in that substandard products are not accepted, will not be produced and distributed.

Arrange QC personnel especially for finished-products and IPQC for particular process to ensure quality reliability .

4. FQC

In Lerado, products before shipment will be inspected by FQC personnel according to the international standards for final approval. Our aim is to reassure and customer satisfaction.

5. Professional test lab and facility

In-house test laboratory and facility is our advantage for internal QC management and expert test personnel implement each test method with advanced equipment.
